Week 18 Colusa CA

Hey mom!!

I like that you do yoga now, haha. Idk I think it's funny.

The exciting news from this week is the trio!! So Hermana Carter is here now with us! It has been a TON of fun being around her again! It's like we just picked up where we left off. So lots of shenanigans, but also lots of missionary work! I promise! It has also been way cool to see how she has grown! Her Spanish is so much better, and it's cool to see her have more confidence!

But we did other things besides just that... a lot of people cancelled on us, but that is the life of a missionary! Even then we still had some good lessons and got to meet some of the people for Hermana Carter! Nothing super crazy or out of the ordinary there... We did get to visit some members who live up in the mountains though! So that was a fun drive.

A scripture that I have share a lot this week is Mosiah 7:33. It says, "33 But if ye will turn to the Lord with full purpose of heart, and put your trust in him, and serve him with all diligence of mind, if ye do this, he will, according to his own will and pleasure, deliver you out of bondage." And I love sharing that with people because I know it is so true! If we turn to Christ, he really will free us from whatever it is that is happening in our lives. And I love that I get to share that message with others every day!

We have been having a ton of wind recently... and so we came home from church on Sunday to find that the wind had blown a yoga ball into our backyard! we have no idea where it came from, but you better believe we kicked it around and played with it a bit! and then we were driving somewhere else and saw another yoga ball in some one's yard. So watch out, cause it might start raining yoga balls!!
