Week 10 Colusa CA

Hey mom!!

This week was hot and still hot... I've found the difference between 93 and 103 is not very different. It just kinda hits a time when it's just hot all the time.

But this week we had our zone conference, which as super awesome! I got to see Hermana Andrew and Hermana Carter for the first time in a bit, a long with all my other missionary friends! A lot of them are leaving soon, and that is so weird... but hey, fun to see them all.

My big take away from zone conference though is that I want to see more miracles!! God is waiting to bless us, we just have to do our part!! I want to see miracles happen here. I know it's possible, sometimes it just takes a little effort on our part. so I have been praying to know what I can do to see more of those miracles. news to come!!

Also this week... Jared dropped us, so we aren't teaching him anymore... which is super sad cause he is an awesome guy! He just is super busy with his life right now and feels bad not holding up his part. So it's sad, but we are meeting up with him in 3 weeks to see if he is still interested in learning more.

Also we got to see the Bremmers! I love them SO Much!! They are so fun! only problem is time flies when we are at their house, and we always get sucked in... but I get to talk with Jason about college football. He's a ducks fan, but mean I guess he's still cool... he thought it was pretty impressive when I relayed to him that Boise State beat them 2 years ago in their bowl game. go broncos!! I can feel the football season in the air!!

We are doing well here though. Weird to think august is over but hey that means I get to flip the calendar! And that is always exciting. We also got an egg plant from someone we are teaching, so let me know if you have any good eggplant recipes.

I kinda just feel like I'm rambling now, cause I don't know too much else that happened this week... lots of lessons! we are busy like always! we just want to make sure we are busy with the right people.

And today we are getting together with other missionaries to play basketball!! Ya better believe I'm hyped!! and that I will be sore tomorrow!!
